Earlier this week about 3pm, I started my 2020 Subaru Forrester and at least 4 dashboard lights came on including Check Engine. I freaked out! I immediately drove to Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville, even though I didn't buy my car there as they didn't have what I wanted at the time. But I knew their service department was great. As I've been going through health issues I needed the car for my doctor appointments. So I first went into see Rich, the service manager and told him of my need to have my car seen asap if possible. He was SO nice and compassionate. Rich came out and hooked a diagnostic tool up to my car to see if he could do a quick diagnosis. He took an educated guess, which wound up being right! He then had a very nice service rep named Chris write my service ticket up right away, and then had Walter, their valet, drive me home! Walter was the kindest man and we had a nice chat on my ride home. The next morning I called Chris just to see if they'd had time to look at it, but he was unavailable at the time. I was blessed enough to get a ride to my Dr appointment and by the time it was over, Chris had left a message saying my car would be ready within 30 minutes. My friend drove me there, and sure enough a short time later, I drove my repaired car home. I have been to several Subaru Repair shops, and Grand Prix Subaru is by far the BEST one in our area. They are nice, respectful, helpful and know their stuff about cars. I will never go anywhere else again! A million thanks to them for their kindness and expedient help.

I bought a 2033 Subaru Outback and had an excellent experience with Grand Prix Subaru. My salesman, Philip Deitch, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was really nice buying a car through him and Grand Prix. Straightforward, no tricks or back and forths with managers. I fully recommend this dealership and Philip Deitch in particular!

A great dealership. Awesome staff and overall great experience. Have the peace of mind you get what you pay for. Sometimes you go to these huge dealerships and seems overwhelming. But this place is ran like a well-oiled machine. The staff are great and the management team like Clinton DeClue. I might pay just a little extra but this place is worth everything. Thank you guys for selling us our last 3 Subarus.
